开云是由一群热爱生活的优秀设计师组成，团队中每一员均毕业于美术院校。开云追求一种平等互生的团队文化，在开云，大家没有级别的区分，在开云，您可以看到开云卡片上没有职务，更没有级别，因为对外开云每一个人都代表着开云，代表着团队，每一个出去的人都是设计师；而对内开云更是一种平等互助的氛围，只有工作职能的区分，没有庞大繁杂的行政体系，因为开云每一个人都是开云中的一员。开云不建议任何人加班，开云只强调在预定的时间内更高效率的去完成任务；开云希望自己有更多的时间去休息，去走、去看、去了解、去充电，为任何一项任务做充分的准备。

All members are graduated from the fine arts college, fighting in the forefront of actual business expert team. With many years of experience jeremy believe:, image just the stack of the symbolic when miss emotion.
